Menswear Designer & Buyer

We're seeking a creative and commercially driven Designer & Buyer to lead the sourcing, development and ranging of Unison's Menswear collection.

This is a pivotal role where design meets buying - shaping product direction from concept through to production, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and brand alignment.

You'll work closely with the Creative Director, Planning, Production, Marketing and Retail teams to deliver a cohesive, modern menswear range.

Please note: This is a 12-month fixed term contract.

THE ROLE:

• Lead seasonal trend research and translate insights into commercial menswear ranges
• Design, develop and source collections in partnership with suppliers and factories
• Manage end-to-end product development, including fittings, approvals and quality standards
