About the Role
The Mental Health and Addictions Service aims to
reduce the negative consequences of Alcohol and Drug by working in a
collaborative partnership, through the utilisation of person-centered
approaches to assessment and treatment.

Day to day the case manager role plays a critical part in achieving this goal by providing a service that recognises and respects individual needs and enables people to make informed choices in respect to treatment options and support to reach their potential.
