Your role will include



  • Supporting pupils with anxiety, low mood and emotional regulation


  • Delivering targeted wellbeing interventions


  • Helping pupils build coping strategies and resilience


  • Working alongside pastoral and SEN teams


  • What we’re looking for



  • Experience in mental health, youth work, care or education


  • A compassionate, non-judgemental approach


  • Confidence working with pupils who may struggle emotionally
