MEP Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator to join a leading construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in residential building and villa projects, with the ability to coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities from design stage to project handover while ensuring compliance with Dubai authority regulations and project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all MEP activities with civil, architectural, and structural teams
• Review shop drawings, coordination drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Conduct clash detection and coordination using BIM/MEP tools
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues
