Responsibilities:
- Extract and measure accurate material quantities from mechanical blueprints and AutoCAD drawings.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for various MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary) systems.
- Create, review, and maintain the project’s Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Source material prices, request quotations, and negotiate effectively with external suppliers and subcontractors.
