Merchandise Planner

We are currently seeking a commercially minded Merchandise Planner to join our team and drive the financial performance of our Women's Apparel category across all regions.
 
Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximising sales and profit through strategic planning, in-season trading, and detailed analysis. You'll collaborate closely with Buying, Retail and Leadership teams to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
 
THE ROLE:

• Develop and execute seasonal merchandise plans, including sales, stock, OTB, and markdowns.
• Analyse and optimise inventory levels, stock turns, and size ratios.
• Review in-season performance and implement strategies to maximise profitability.
• Manage store grading, allocations, and replenishment strategies.
