Job Purpose

The Merchandise Planning Manager is the global strategic lead for their assigned category, responsible for the commercial success and style direction of the collection. By managing the product lifecycle, you lead the brand’s premiumization strategy. You oversee a highly responsive Push-Pull inventory model, leveraging strategic stock positioning and demand‑led replenishment to minimize lead times, maximize global sales opportunities, and drive consistent Group GP$ growth across all sales channels.
