Merchandising Specialist

A leading international retailer in home improvement, decoration, and renovation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Explain and communicate to stores the requirements and necessary tools for implementing merchandising guidelines (company strategy, leaflet updates, etc.).

• Participate in designing store shelf layouts and create micro-plans and detailed planograms (store openings, remodelings, placement of new products) in collaboration with Product Managers and Department Managers.
• Conduct store visits in order to collect information related to the plans that will be developed.
• Participate in the implementation of detailed planograms in stores, guide team members, monitor the completion of the plan, and ensure proper signage.
• Stay updated on merchandising developments (competitor analysis, retail trends, consumer behavior, etc.).
