Merchant Training & Insights Specialist

• Min. 1 years of experience in sales or training
• Track record in building and nurturing relationships at all levels
• Strong commercial acumen - ability to analyze and interpret data for discussion with merchants

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative deep-dives on merchant store performance to identify actionable insights
• Conduct training at merchant retail sites and/or via online channel to improve key success metrics
• Building and maintaining great merchant relationships both on executive and on individual levels
