Responsible for Managing the Team and collection of meter readings, maintenance and repair of end user meters, Communication & performing the Reconnections and suspensions of cooling Meters supply. Utilising modern technologies in work for Closing or performing Work orders, this role will require the work activities to be performed as to agreed processes and within the commercial timeframes as set within the team.
Responsibilities- Meters Maintenance and Repair
- Perform routine maintenance of meters.
- Use the meter reader to obtain BTU meter readings accurately and carry out maintenance activities.
- Capture accurate meter reads during manual readings via move‑in/move‑out processes.
- Identify meter health status; repair or replace faulty meters or parts.
- Regularly check inventory and order required parts when needed.
