Ensuring the execution of department projects including the creation project deliverables; approving non-conformances and CAPA.

Setting and tracking KPI metrics to meet strategy objectives; ensuring balanced headcount and workload for the team.

Leading, mentoring and developing mid-size teams to promote quality awareness and implement quality programs and initiatives.
