• Microfinance Officer located at Legazpi
• Responsible for providing financial services—including loans, savings, and financial advice—to individuals or small businesses that lack access to traditional banking services. This role involves interacting with clients in underserved or low‑income areas to help them improve their financial standing.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is usually required.
• Experience: Previous experience in banking, finance, or microfinance is often preferred; entry‑level candidates with strong interpersonal skills may also be considered.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and explain financial concepts in simple terms.
