A specialist alternative provision centre in Brentford is seeking a calm, confident and resilient supervisor to support secondary-aged students who may require behaviour or emotional support.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Supervising small groups during lunchtime, ensuring safety and structure

• Encouraging students to make positive choices and regulate behaviour

• Supporting students who may feel overwhelmed or socially anxious

• Maintaining boundaries while offering empathy and guidance

• Working as part of a multidisciplinary pastoral team
