Insight Global is seeking a Middle Office Associate for a top alternative asset management client. This individual will support a high-visibility IG Short Fund that is pioneering daily pricing and reporting across the firm. The role sits at the intersection of portfolio oversight, fund administration, and transformation, with a strong emphasis on reconciliation, PnL review, and operational diligence. The ideal candidate thrives in a project-driven environment, partners closely with fund administrators, and brings a strong understanding of cash, FX, and complex fund structures—while also contributing to automation and AI-driven process improvements. Oversee daily and monthly fund reporting, pricing, and reconciliations
Review daily PnL, cash, and position breaks provided by the fund administrator
Perform heavy tri-balance style reconciliation (cash, positions, PnL)
