ABOUT THE JOB
The Global Technical Services organization (“GTS”) provides Infrastructure Engineering, Project Management and Administration for enterprise applications worldwide.
The vision within GTS is to provide cutting-edge, cost-effective technology services and support based on a shared infrastructure, requiring adherence to common standards, policies, and security settings. The teams are globally aligned to leverage best practices, standards, and procedures on a worldwide basis.
Within GTS, there is a Middleware (“MDM”) Group responsible for middleware platform administration, support, and integration of applications that use middleware platforms. The roles include middleware software platform infrastructure design, installation, configuration, upgrades, and application integration.
