Millwork Production Coordinator

We’re hiring an ENTRY LEVEL Millwork Production Coordinator to support the Millwork team by ensuring materials and logistics flow seamlessly through the shop. This role is responsible for coordinating purchasing, shipping, inventory, and associated documentation while maintaining strong organizational systems that enable efficient shop operations. The Production Coordinator is a key internal partner who reduces friction in the production process, allowing the shop team to execute work accurately, on time, and with minimal disruption.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Millwork Production Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
Purchasing

+ Coordinate with Millwork Engineer and Shop Supervisor to create take-offs from approved drawings for casework, hardware, and project components.

+ Coordinate purchasing of materials, hardware, and shop supplies in alignment with production schedules.
