The role

An exciting opportunity to join the Mimco team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator! The focus of this role is to coordinate and execute all the digital marketing components to support CRM, marketing emails, SEM, SEO and website content.

This function will also support the development of the customer strategy, email communications.

Key responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of new members, improve rate of first purchase, reduce churn and build growth within segmentation
• Support DMM to formulate and then execute personalised customer journeys through email and other channels that adapt to the needs of different customers and support them as they move through segments
