About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, you will be responsible for maintaining the in-room mini bars to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Restock daily all mini bar items inside the guest rooms
• Deliver requested items to the guest within the quoted time
• Assist guests courteously and efficiently, providing service to accommodate any guest requests
• Ensure that all glassware is in excellent condition
• Assist with proper ordering and storing of all incoming food and beverage products
• Ensure the mini bar is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to guests
• Track guest consumption accurately for billing purposes
• Monitor product quality, check expiration dates, and remove expired items
