Thiess is seeking Digger & Dozer Operators to join our team at Pembroke Resources’ Olive Downs Complex, located approximately 40 kilometres south‑east of Moranbah in the Bowen Basin.

Thiess was awarded a 5‑year contract with Pembroke Resources to deliver full‑service mining operations at the Olive Downs Complex. This includes mine planning, drill and blast, load and haul, water management, rehabilitation, and the construction of mine infrastructure. The contract provides strong job security, stability, and ongoing career development opportunities as the project continues to grow.

We are offering permanent roles on an even‑time 7/7 day/night rotating roster (12‑hour shifts) for operators seeking FIFO, BIBO or DIDO opportunities.
