- Operateand maintain manufacturing machinery following established procedures.
- Monitorprocess data, adjust equipment settings, and troubleshoot deviations.
- Perform complex setups requiring precision and attention to detail.
- Stage, move, and load raw materials using powered industrial vehicles and hoists.
- Conduct quality inspections andidentifyproduct or process defects.
- Follow production schedules andassistwith accurate reporting for each order.
- Support product changeovers including cleaning, materials prep, and equipment adjustments.
- Collaborate with team members tomaintainsafe, efficient operations.
