Mobile App FAE Intern

Job Responsibilities Use troubleshooting tools and agents provided by the domestic engineering team to perform log retrieval, issue reproduction, and root cause analysis in the local environment. Develop auxiliary scripts and tools independently based on actual troubleshooting needs to improve the efficiency of local issue diagnosis. Document high-frequency customer complaint scenarios, summarize failure patterns, root cause analysis processes (5Why), and solutions, and continuously improve the troubleshooting case library. Provide diagnosis conclusions, desensitized logs, and analysis reports to domestic engineers, and collaborate to close issues. Participate in the live testing and improvement feedback of troubleshooting tools, and promote usability optimization for overseas scenarios.
