Mobile Engineer

Job Description
The Mobile Engineer is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment and systems across multiple sites. The role requires demonstrated technical expertise in at least one core trade—Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations—while also being multi‑skilled across other facility systems.

Job Responsibilities
 · Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure compliance with facility standards.
 · Travel between multiple facilities to ensure all systems and equipment are functioning properly.
 · Oversee facility services including preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, contracted maintenance, and general technical upkeep.
 · Conduct cleaning, inspections, calibration, and part replacements to maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimal performance.
