Your expertise will help ensure that our equipment runs smoothly while supporting paving operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, a thorough understanding of asphalt operations, and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly in a field environment. You will work closely with our paving crew and project manager to minimize downtime, maintain safety standards, and ensure that all equipment meets operational requirements.
