Mortgage Broker

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Processor to join our offshore support team for a leading Australian mortgage broking firm. This role is ideal for someone with strong mortgage processing experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal staff.

What you'll do:

Fact Find & Data Entry (Mercury)

• Collect and verify supporting documents, ensuring accuracy and requesting corrections when needed.
• Correctly name and save documents according to company standards.
• Input client information into Mercury, set up new Opportunities, and send requests for supporting documents.

Lodgment (Apply Online)

• Enter data and upload documents into Apply Online.
• Submit loan applications through Apply Online.
