Position Title: Mortgage Broker Assistant
Work Set-up: Work from Home/Work from Office
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm PH Time
Salary: Starts at Php 45,000.00
Responsibilities
Client Communication & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for clients, answering basic inquiries and providing updates on application status.
- Monitor emails and schedule and confirm appointments for clients and mortgage brokers.
- Assist clients with gathering necessary documentation for loan applications.
Document Preparation & Organization
- Assist in preparing and organizing mortgage application packages and related documents.
