Mortgage Loan Partner - Pre-Approval Specialist

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Loan Partner 2 (LP2) to manage borrower prequalifications, pre-approvals, and pipeline execution for a high-performing mortgage team. The LP2 plays a critical role in ensuring loans are structured properly, communicated clearly, and closed on time.

This role works closely with the Loan Officer, borrowers, processors, underwriters, and third-party partners to maintain 95%+ on-time closings while delivering a concierge-level borrower and referral partner experience.

Compensation: $50,000+ base salary with potential per-file bonus, based on performance and team structure.
