Job PurposeAs a Motion Designer, you can take a brief from a static concept to a fully realized animated campaign. You are a hybrid expert who understands that great motion starts with great design. Joining a new Argentina team, you will own the end-to-end delivery of content, ensuring every frame is conversion-focused and brand-aligned.
What you'll do- End-to-End Delivery: Take briefs from storyboarding to final render, handling both static design in Figma and animation in After Effects or Jitter.
- AI-Assisted Creativity: Incorporate Generative AI tools like Weavy, Freepik, and Replicate into your workflow to iterate faster and push visual boundaries.
- Template Creation: Build and maintain design templates to help the team scale production without losing quality.
