Motion Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals, storytelling, and animation. This role goes beyond design. You will play a key role in translating complex B2B concepts into engaging video content that drives product understanding, marketing impact, and brand recall.

Core Skills and Expertise

• Strong foundation in layout, composition, typography, and color theory
• Expertise in visual storytelling, narrative construction, and storyboarding
• Deep understanding of the 12 Principles of Animation such as timing, easing, anticipation, and arcs
• Ability to simplify complex technical and B2B concepts into clear visual narratives
• Strong sense of pacing, transitions, and motion dynamics
