Your role is critical in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and supporting business growth.## **Your Responsibilities**Customer Service & Claims Advisory* Advise customers on insurance claim options in line with Motor Claims Framework (MCF) and GIA guidelines.* Provide personalized service during vehicle handover and explain repair details clearly.* Maintain strong relationships with customers, surveyors, and insurance companies based on trust and integrity.Claims & Documentation Management* Prepare accurate accident repair estimates and supplementary estimates when required.* Ensure timely submission of insurance cases and complete documentation for claims processing.* Verify customer details, update records,...
