MPM: Personal Assistant

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I am an 13 year old boy living in the Cilfynydd area, I live with my mum, dad and younger sister. I have been diagnosed with ASD and ADHD, the challenges I face daily tend to cause me to become frustrated and impatient which makes me angry and I can tend to hit out. I am very active and my energy level is high, I enjoy using the trampoline and have just started going swimming, although when I am out I can get overwhelmed in busy places so my parents plan quieter times or quieter places to take me.

PURPOSE OF JOB

To assist and support me in my home and out in the community.

HOURS OF WORK

 6 hours a week 2:1 (3 hours per PA)

After school /weekends

RATE OF PAY

£15.00 per hour
