MRF Supervisor

MRF Supervisor Day-to-day supervision of the Green Recycling MRF, acting as a direct reporting line for all personnel working in the MRF. Responsibilities * Understand the key drivers to improving performance at the MRF and implement best practice to maximise production and efficient operation of the MRF and yard. * In conjunction with the MRF Manager and direct reports; ensure that work rotas for processing and MRF operatives are scheduled to ensure that logistics, operational and annual leave needs are met.
