MS Unified Communications Engineer (L2)

As a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, you will provide operational (BAU) support for mission‑critical communication and operational technology (OT) systems supporting critical communications operation. The role ensures high availability, safety compliance, and operational resilience of communication systems used for process control, telemetry, safety systems, and emergency response, across onshore and offshore assets.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Polycom, Cisco Unified Communications systems, including CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), Cisco Contract Center, Cisco Webex, and Voice Recording.
• Manage and support Cisco voice gateways, session border controllers (SBCs), and IP telephony endpoints (phones, video devices).
• Implement and troubleshoot VoIP protocols: SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP.
• Monitor UC system performance, perform capacity planning, and maintain high availability.
