Multi Property Systems Manager

Position Summary
The Multi Property Systems Manager contributes advanced technology expertise and hospitality business knowledge to support Marriott International’s IT and operational objectives across multiple properties. Reporting to the Regional Director IT UK, Ireland & Nordics, this role partners closely with hotel leadership to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant technology environments, while directly managing one Multi Property Field Technician. The role is property-based and requires daily on-site presence in central London, overseeing The W London, The Park Tower, and The Edition.

Key Responsibilities

Support hotel management with technology implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support across multiple properties.

Ensure all hotel-based technology is installed and maintained in line with Marriott International standards and Information Security policies.
