Performs daily site inspections of IMC Building equipment to ensure proper operation.

Performs repairs on Electrical systems, which includes power supply, exhaust fans, motors, lighting, power receptacles and other building equipment.

Performs wiring/cabling lay-out and installation for lighting, power circuits and data.

Performs repairs on Air-conditioning equipment including replacement of bearings, fans, blowers, compressor and system reprocessing.

Performs maintenance on Air-Conditioning equipment including cleaning of indoor and outdoor units, testing of capacitors, contactors and sensors.

Performs building repairs to plumbing, faucets, sinks, drains, valves, toilet fixtures.

Assist in office furniture reconfigurations and repair, including fabrication/welding, carpentry and repainting.

Provides maintenance-related support for various LARES-initiated events and other department requests.
