Multi‑Skilled Fabric Engineer / Trader - South East (Not including Essex)

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 + Overtime

Employment: Permanent, full‑time (40 h/w, Mon‑Fri)

Company van provided, company iPhone, power tools, uniform and PPE provided, pension and paid holiday.

The Role

You'll be responsible for a mix of reactive, planned and minor project works, ensuring high standards of workmanship and service delivery:

• Attending reactive maintenance within agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Completing planned and minor works within your skill set
• Using handheld devices to log jobs and updates
• Supporting capital refurbishment and upgrade projects
• Taking part in an on‑call rota (minimum once per month)
• Working safely and proactively promoting Health & Safety standards
