Responsibilities
- Carrying out general maintenance on occupied and void properties
- Plumbing, carpentry, plastering and tiling repairs
Qualifications
- Must have social/domestic housing experience
- A full UK driving licence
- Must have multiple trades with a main trade of either carpentry or plumbing
