A well-established construction and maintenance contractor delivering refurbishment and maintenance works for Housing Associations and MoD properties across London, Kent and the South East is looking to recruit a reliable Multi‑Trader to join the team.
This is a hands‑on role working on void properties and refurbishment programmes within MoD and Housing Association portfolios, with a consistent pipeline of work and opportunities for paid overtime.
Locations Covered
Work is delivered across the following areas:
Folkestone, Dover, Brompton, Maidstone, Woolwich, Croydon, Colliers Wood, Greenwich, Mitcham, Wallington
Working Hours
- 08:00 to 16:00
- Weekend work may be required depending on business needs
- Approved overtime paid at 1.5x
