- Manage phone, email, and walk-in customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer details.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in automotive/hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of booking systems is a plus.
- Multilingual skills (Arabic/English/Urdu/Hindi) preferred.
