Multisite Pharmacist

Key Duties

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimise patient care.Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns.
