Join our team as a proactive and hands-on Supervisor across local Darwin remediation projects, managing QA/QC and coating inspections while overseeing infrastructure upgrade activities. This role offers the potential to transition to a full-time arrangement.
THE ROLE
- Supervise a small team in terms of safety, productivity, and quality to meet industry and company standards
- Manage and capture workforce hours and productivity
- Coordinating direct labour and subcontractors
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to program
- Complete QA/QC Coating Inspections to applicable Australian and International standards
- Undertake visual inspection after abrasive blasting and before coating
