Rubix Solutions are currently seeking an experienced NBN Field Supervisor to support a major N2P (Network to Premises) project based in Canberra, ACT.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on telecommunications professional with strong field leadership experience across NBN delivery environments. The successful candidate will oversee field operations, manage subcontractors and crews onsite, and ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to client standards.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily field operations across N2P deployment activities

Coordinate and manage field technicians and subcontractors onsite

Ensure works are completed in line with NBN standards, project schedules, and quality requirements
