NC Boost Navigator (Grant Funded 2031)

Position Summary

The NC Boost Program Navigator (Grant Funded) will provide proactive academic advising and coaching to NC Boost students, using data to monitor progress and support at-risk individuals. Engage students through regular outreach and individualized success plans, collaborate with faculty and staff to coordinate resources and interventions, and support program recruitment, onboarding, and student engagement while maintaining accurate records. Deliver proactive, holistic academic advising and intrusive coaching for assigned Boost students. 

Review and monitor student academic performance using institutional data systems, identify and support at-risk students.
