Job Overview
Our client based in Century City, Cape Town is seeking Ndebele Speaking Customer Service Advisor .
- Fixed Term Contract: 1 May 2026 – 30 April 2027, renewable based on performance
- Office Location: Century City, Cape Town – must reside in CPT already
The key objective of the role is to identify and understand customer needs, delivering a first‑class customer service to increase profitability while remaining committed to treating customers fairly. The role involves speaking directly with clients via an inbound line and providing responses to general contract and transactional inquiries.
Experience
- Minimum of 12 months unbroken inbound call centre experience
- Customer service experience
- Administration experience
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial or administration industry and knowledge of relevant legislative environment is highly...
