Opportunity Description
We're seeking an experienced and pro-active Neighbourhood Officer to support our social housing client in Liverpool for a minimum of 3+ months, starting ASAP (extension tbc)
This is a hybrid role with a mix ofmunity-based, home and office working, so a driving licence, access to your own vehicle and valid business insurance is essential to be considered.Key responsibilities:
Deliver key tenancy and estate management functions across a designated patch, acting as a key point of contact for customers and a visible presence within themunity
Carry out estate inspections and walkabouts, identifying issues andmunal area concerns
Offer practical advice on a range of tenancy-related issues, supporting tenants at risk of tenancy failure by offering tenancy sustainment guidance and signposting to relevant services
Support voids and lettings processes, assisting with lettings, signups, allocations, reviews, audit...
