Clinical Team Lead | Yorkshire | £20–£22 per hour Castlefield is delighted to be supporting a Healthcare client with the appointment of motivated Clinical Team Lead to join their Surgical Services Team. You will work closely with senior leadership to help coordinate day-to-day operations and support the wider team in delivering safe, effective, and patient-focused care.



Support the smooth running of pre-assessment and surgical services across sites

Provide day-to-day guidance and support to nursing and administrative teams

Help maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and experience

Contribute to rota coordination, capacity planning, and patient flow, including reducing delays



Registered healthcare professional

Some team leadership or senior staff experience (formal management experience desirable but not essential)

A proactive, team-focused approach with a commitment to quality care
