Greetings from TCS TCS is Hiring for Network Admin(L2/L3) Desired Experience: 4- 7 years Job Location: Pune/Delhi Job Description: L2 Support Engineer: 1. Provide second-line support for network-related issues. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving Routing and Switching, Palo Alto, Check point, Citrix Net scalar. 3. Manage escalations from the L1 team and resolve them within SLA. 4. Perform routine maintenance and updates on network devices. 5. Configure and support daily tasks and basic firewall rules. 6. Document network issues, solutions, and changes. 7. Coordinate with vendors or ISPs when required. 8. Cisco ASA and Aruba Wireless Network. Soft Skills 1. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. 2. Strong verbal and written communication. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4.
