Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and firewall hardware and software.
- Monitor network and firewall performance, troubleshoot issues, and support resolution of outages.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patching on network infrastructure.
- Support LAN/WAN operations and ensure consistent connectivity across sites.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and standard procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors or stakeholders.
- Track and maintain inventory of network and firewall-related assets under the Network Team.
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience or internship in network engineering or IT support preferred.
- CCNA certification preferred.
