Opportunity Description
The Network Engineer L1 will provide first‑level monitoring and support for enterprise network infrastructure. The role focuses on incident handling, basic troubleshooting, monitoring, and escalation of network issues across LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, Wi‑Fi, and security environments, following defined procedures and SLAs.
Responsibilities- Provide L1 support for LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, and basic SD‑WAN issues
- Monitor network alerts and performance using monitoring tools
- Handle incident tickets, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate when required
- Assist with basic routing, switching, and connectivity issues
- Support firewall and network security incidents at a basic level
- Perform routine checks on network devices and links
- Assist with Wi‑Fi user connectivity issues
- Follow ITIL processes for incident and change management
- Update tickets, documentation, and knowledge base articles
