Job Description

• Monitor daily dealer network operations and ensure compliance with operational standards and SOPs.
• Support implementation of dealer operational policies, processes, and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct dealer visits, operational reviews, and follow-up actions for performance improvement.
• Coordinate with sales, aftersales, and related departments regarding operational support and issue resolution.
• Track dealer operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
