Position

We are looking to bring on board a Network Specialist to support a leading global provider of networking, communications, and cloud solutions. This is going to be a contract position based in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• To support our Business Partners in the networking area to success in any kind NETWORK delivery with a broad range of services: audit, consultancy, configuration, technical advisor, etc.
• To help Technical Support L3 to qualify, filter and fix DATA Service Requests raised by BPs in key customers, in order to provide the committed SLA as well as helping to keep customer's trust.
